Eligibility

Scope of Services

Unorthodox Leadership provides leadership consulting, coaching, training, facilitation, speaking engagements, workshops, webinars, digital products, and related professional services.

Some Services may be delivered through third party platforms, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at our discretion.

Accounts, Registration, and Communications

Certain Services may require registration. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

By providing contact information, you consent to receive service related communications. Marketing communications are optional and may be opted out of at any time. Text messaging, if offered, may include opt out instructions. Message and data rates may apply.

Payments, Orders, and Acceptance

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before access to paid Services is granted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders believed to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

Some Services are offered on a subscription or recurring basis. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed rate and frequency.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription by providing written notice to [email protected] at least ten (10) days prior to the next billing cycle.

Requests received fewer than ten (10) days before renewal may not prevent the upcoming charge. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No Proration or Refunds

Except when required by law or expressly stated in writing, subscription fees are nonrefundable and nonprorated.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.

Digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, and online content access are nonrefundable once delivered or accessed.

Refund terms for consulting or facilitation services are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Services are owned by Unorthodox Leadership or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use materials solely for personal or internal business purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully or disruptively. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, malware introduction, content scraping, harassment, discrimination, privacy violations, or deceptive practices.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Confidentiality and Sensitive Information

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless explicitly requested through a secure process. Confidentiality obligations are governed by written agreements.

No Professional Advice

The Services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Results Disclaimer

Results vary and depend on numerous factors. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, revenue, funding, or business success.

Testimonials and User Content

By submitting content, you grant Unorthodox Leadership a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, nonexclusive license for business and marketing use, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Third Party Links

We are not responsible for third party platforms or content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." All warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable Service during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unorthodox Leadership from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Disputes shall first be addressed informally by contacting [email protected].

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. Claims must be brought individually.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Termination

We may terminate access for violations of these Terms. Obligations intended to survive termination remain in effect.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without consent. We may assign them in connection with a business transfer.

Electronic Communications

Electronic communications satisfy legal writing requirements.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement unless superseded by a written contract.
